Escape To The New Forest This Spring: a bike riding paradise!
So… you've had enough of the winter weather and you're itching to get outside? We hear ya, we may be a little biased, but if you want to get out for a Spring weekend getaway, there is no better way to explore this beautiful part of the world than by bike!
The New Forest has so much to offer and so much to see, and we are situated right in the centre of it!
Whether you are new to cycling and don't have a bike, or a seasoned pro that perhaps doesn't want the faff of travelling with a bike, then we have got you covered!
We have a fleet of gravel bikes and e-bikes that are perfect for the trails around us, just 0.7 miles away from our doorstep!
We have comfy gravel cruisers from Marin, faster flat-bar and drop-bar gravel bikes like Surly Preambles and Surly Stragglers, e-bikes from Cube and more! Our hire bikes can be seen HERE!
We have a team of passionate cyclists who love riding in the Forest and have a really good understanding of the best routes to ride.
We are always happy to recommend routes and point out the go to places to see. We also have a Komoot page with hundreds of amazing routes to choose from.

We're doing this to help show and inspire people to get out on their own adventure, but also to take out some of the logistical challenge of route planning!

On-Site Coffee Shop
Our Coffee shop 'The Woods Bikes and Brews' serves coffee as good as it gets! Plus, buns from another dimension, and sarnies to die for!
So, why not rent one of our Wizard Works handlebar bags and load it full of food for a bike picnic! All bookable on our online booking system!
New Surly Hire bikes have arrived
We have just taken delivery of eight new Surly Stragglers V2's for our hire fleet! Not only that, but we are about to receive four full Bikepacking set-ups from our good friends at Wizard Works, Sea To Summit and Tumbleweed to create a hire bike that is ready to tour!
These packages will allow anyone to experience a quality bike, set up to our recommended spec, with quality bags to get a taste for bike packing!

Brooks Demo Saddles
We have some new Brooks Demo Saddles that are available to try now! Whether that is on your own bike or one of ours! If you look at any member of staff's bike, you'll very quickly notice a Brooks saddle perched on the seat post. We are firm believers in Brooks as a brand, and the quality of their products is something else. We do understand that they are an investment, so we have four of our most popular saddles to demo. Try before you buy! They are available to book through the Hire booking system.
