Custom built bikes are our passion, they consume 90% of our brain capacity, we fall asleep dreaming about our own next build or builds we are working on. We want to share that passion with our customers and curate the build that they have been dreaming about when they fall asleep.
Each build is a journey, and seeing the joy it brings to our customers when they ride off on something unique makes all the effort worthwhile. It's this personal connection to the build process that makes custom bikes so important to our business. Hit the button below to take a look at some of the builds that have left our workshop, or keep reading for the full explanation of how it works.

1. Consultation & Build Brief
Pop in the shop to discuss your needs over a nice cup of coffee, swing a leg over some bikes and chat dream builds.
~ OR ~
If you can't make it into the shop, call or email with your build ideas, some references and your budget. Let us know your riding style and regular routes, too!
We help you choose the right frame, decide on size, components, and style.

2. Deposit & Full Cost Estimate
Once you have decided on your frame, we charge a £300 refundable deposit to reserve the frame in question.
Then we create a full build spec and final cost, based on your consultation. Adjustments can be made at this stage before the build begins.

3. Final Approval
At this point, you review and approve the final design, including components, colour scheme, and any custom details.
Once the spec and final cost has been agreed, we ask for a further payment to make up a 50% deposit of the total build cost.
If using a cycle scheme or V12 finance, you apply for the total build cost. Once we have redeemed the voucher/finance application, we either refund your £300 deposit or you can keep it as store credit.

4. The Build Begins
Our team assembles your bike based on your specifications.
If any components are outside of our usual range of stock, we'll order them in at this point and keep you up to date with expected delivery dates.

5. Collection / Delivery
Once we've completed the Pre-Delivery Inspection, your new bike is ready to ride! We'll take the final payment for the remaining balance, and arrange collection or delivery.
Don't forget to book in with us for some adjustments after 6-8 weeks!
While we strive to make the experience as enjoyable and seamless as possible, there are a few important terms and conditions to be aware of when you start on the custom-built journey with us. These help protect both you as a customer and us as a business, ensuring that everyone is on the same page throughout the process.
