They Say...
Hooded brake levers for drop type handlebars with under tape cable routing to operate V-brakes.
These alloy hooded levers feature a hidden (under the bar-tape) cable routing system and the appropriate cable pull ratio for use with V-brakes. (not suitable for use with conventional canti or caliper brakes.)
Notes:
- V-brakes (otherwise known as “Long Arm Canti’s”) require a longer cable pull ratio than conventional brake calipers.
- Cable operated disc brakes are often specified with either Std. or V pull ratios.
If used for Cable Disc brakes - please ensure the brakes require V-brake pull ratio to use these levers.
