The Open UP has always been our favourite carbon gravel bike. With a brand new frame design full of upgrades, you'd have to look far and wide to find a frameset so pretty and so goddamn fast!
The UP now includes a proprietary integrated adjustable cockpit so once an order is placed we will get in touch with options!
What They Say...
The U.P. 2.0 follows the iconic original U.P. that defined modern gravel bikes in the past ten years. With even crisper handling and more tire clearance (up to 46mm true width), it is ready for every adventure from fast group rides to tough bikepacking trips. But most of all, it is for riders who love the freedom of wherever the ride takes you.
The ultralight OPEN B.A.R. cockpit offers 15mm of micro-stem length adjustment in 5mm steps, while the size-specific design for frame & aero fork ensure the best experience regardless of rider height.
The CHASSIS includes frame, fork, headset, seatpost and the OPEN B.A.R. integrated one-piece bar/stem. The U.P. 2.0 ships from Mid September 2025 depending on your size. We can confirm this to you once we have determined your bar/stem dimension.

Option 2: Raw-Ready-To-Paint (RRTP)
For custom painting, start with RRTP and work with your own custom painter or one of our partners to create the frame of your dreams.
A clearcoat is recommended to protect against scratches and wear (but not required for UV protection). Some customers keep the frame RRTP.
For serious gravel and off-road (on any brand of bike), we recommend a rear derailleur with a clutch or cage damper for chain management. The U.P.(PER.) 2.0 is compatible with the following electronic groupsets:
- All Shimano GRX Di2
- All SRAM AXS
T47 threaded bottom bracket (internal cups) with 86mm wide BB shell
Shimano GRX 1x: 52T (Shimano offers up to 46T, aftermarket aero rings from for example WolfTooth available up to 52T)

We recommend Direct Drive indoor trainers only.
These are trainers where you remove the rear wheel of your bike and install the bike onto a cassette that is fixed onto the trainer.
Some of the most popular compatible Direct Drive indoor trainers are (but others may work too):

IMPORTANT:
- Some trainers may require an adaptor to fit the frame. The U.P.(PER) 2.0 uses a 142x12 thru-axle with M12x1.0 thread.
- These trainers are compatible with our FRAME, but you must check compatibility with your GROUPSET. For example, not all trainers are compatible with 13s cassettes or may require an adaptor.
